In 2015 I was diagnosed with Hashimotos Thyroiditis. I was told to change my diet, take supplements and clean up the toxic load within my body. After doing research and learning just how heavy a load that was, I found that few people were talking about it, much less educating others. Through my partnership with Crunchi, I am able to share what I have learned with other women in hopes that they will take away a few tidbits of information that will encourage them on their own health journey.
