Expressive Art Journaling with Breath & Meditation
Join us for a transformative expressive art journaling session infused with the powers of breath and meditation, with Jess Mercier and Traci Mahan.

Within our community we are creating intimate gatherings of women, and this month we come together to release any aspects of ourselves that no longer serve our aligned selves.

Through a guided conscious stream of writing, we will explore the depths of our souls and uncover the layers that are ready to be shed. With each rhythmic breath and moment of stillness in our minds as we release stories and invite new perspectives and intentions into our lives. This sacred practice of self-expression and self-discovery promises to be a nurturing and empowering experience.

About Traci Mahan
I am Traci Mahan
I am a certified Health Coach, and Integrative Breath & Meditation Facilitator.
I am on a mission to inspire and lead women to liberate themselves and live energetically aligned with the tools I provide through over 20 years of experience of serving my community locally and now online!

About Jess Mercier
An artist by passion and trade, Jess Mercier studied color theory and abstract painting at Massachusetts College of Art in Boston before finding her love of business in the graphic design world. After her start with a small tee shirt business, she moved toward designing logos, then full branding. Now she helps businesses create an overall look and feeling for their brand to attract their perfect clients.
She lives in Cypress, TX with her husband and two daughters and loves to cook. She spends spare time in her art studio making custom hats and paintings when she isn’t on her computer building brands.
