I believe we all have experiences that are catalysts for our soul’s growth and expansion throughout our life. My soul chose to learn from many different illnesses and injuries, including two different types of cancer, a life threatening pregnancy, a blood clot, and multiple injuries to my knees, legs, and neck.

My story is an example of finding my way out of victim hood and the limiting beliefs that myself, my doctors and society tried to project onto my physical health. I always had a knowing to keep pushing, keep looking for answers that resonated with my heart, to keep searching leaving no stone unturned.

What I found was so profound, so magical, and so powerful. It was the path to understanding we ALL have the power to heal our own bodies. It takes time, patience, and faith. It takes resiliency, tenacity and a belief in yourself. And that belief in yourself starts with the understanding we are all very powerful beings of light having a human experience here on Earth.

My hope is that through my story, you too, can begin to understand your light and apply some of my lessons I learned to your own journey.
